Just because you can’t see us doesn’t mean we are not there.

You don’t see us when you turn up to the venue ready to enjoy the event you came to see. Except, in every element, we are there.

You don’t see the lighting crew, expect you do because you can see the people on the stage.

You don’t see the stage riggers except that you are looking up at those on stage.

You can’t hear the sound engineers, except for hearing the acts clearly as you watch.

You can’t see the set builders except in the exhibition booths and stage sets that you see on stage.

You can’t see the electricians except for all the lights and devices that work.

You can’t see the IT and network technicians except for the browsing, tweeting and live broadcasts you bring to your digital audience.

You can’t see the event managers except for just how smooth and professional the event is.

What you can see is the culmination and coordination of a particular set of skills that provides you, the visitor, with an event so awesome — you can be forgiven for taking it for granted.

We are glad you can take us for granted because we are good at what we do. We are professional and some of us have made what we do a lifetime passion and career. We love what we do and we love it when you enjoy.

Just remember — #wemakeevents and we will be back.
